Plastic Clip for the roof rail

Hi All,

 

I am looking for the plastic clip that holds the drivers side (right rear) rubber roof rail in position. I believe the clip has a plastic insert that is missing on my car.

 

My car is a 1995 model.

these are available from tps , last time i looked anyway ,not long ago . They are only a few quid

Just checked with TPS is Tunbridge Wells. They say these parts are obsolete.

Mark mean't to message you yesterday, if you mean the little plastic clip which slides into the slot on the strip and pushes down onto the stud on the roof I have one. Still got your address i'll pop it in the post for you.

Was going to say i have a set as well but looks like your sorted , i must have had one of the last sets ?

Hi All, Thanks for your offers of help, but I pleased to say that I have now sorted this part. A supplier who sold me some interior parts a couple of weeks ago has helped me out. It is only a small part but the alternative was bodging it with glue!
