Insurance woes....

Recommended Posts

Can anyone recommend an insurer that won't require me so sign over my first born and seal the contract in blood?

Best I've got so far is £570 Fully Comp in an un-modded '95 2.0l 16v. 25, 7years no claims, locked garage (but one speeding conviction).

I take delivery of my baby on Saturday. Fulfilling a 10 year dream that will see my old chip-fat powered passat of the road for the forseeable future.

Any advice greatly appreciated...

http://www.elephant.co.uk have extremely good rates, but if you're after good customer service too Chris Knott are supposed to be good and offer a CCGB discount. According to this http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10313 you can get them to match an elephant quote if you ask nice enough ;)

BMW eh? Let's see what you've got...

Just as I thought, anyone can go fast in a straight line...but it takes skill to corner

heh heh yeah you need to go on the vwvortex forum, they only care about what standing quater times they can do

Cheers for that, I took it out with Chriss Knott this morning. Fantastic deal, and up to £3500 cheaper than other places!

Thanks for the help,

Tom
