how do you take the front seats out?

im sure somone can easily tell me how to do this. sorry if this is a dumb question.

1. Slide the seat forward. There is a small bolt (10mm i think), loosen this off.

 

2. There is a black plastic bit to the rear of the seat runner (rear footwell). Carefully remove the square clip bit and remove plastic bit.

 

3. Slide seat toward rear of car and remove. I find that if you fold the seat forward it's a little easier.

 

Re-fitting is the reverse of removal but a bit more tricky to line the seat up.

and if you got heated seats or something remember to disscoonect the wire from the seats

Oh yeah, cheers dazzy. Heated seats or the pressure pad bits for the electric seatbelts if you have them.
