Email: [email protected] Telephone: 0844 4999410 Si do you know if they do insurance for n.ireland though as very few companies seem to cover over here ---------- Post added at 12:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:43 PM ---------- heavy clutch usually means a worn one, even if there is plenty of meat left on the friction disk just a mm worn and an old worn release plate and the effort will be greater, put a new one in my 8V when I got it and it's a pleasure to drive now, pretty much as light as the new clutch in my 1.6 mk4 golf. the problem is fixed, one of the slave or master cylinders was leaking so air was getting in which made the clutch a bit of a handful to use. clutch fluid topped up and a new cylinder and the problem is solved although still an old clutch Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JimyJonz 10 Posted May 17, 2013 Welcome, I'd say got for it! Not many cars on the road have the style and rareness factor of the Corrado. Insurance wasn't too bad for me on a VR6, 19 with 1 year NCB was just over £1400 if I remember right. Plus they're so much fun :thumbleft: Definitely don't spend loads on mods too early tho, I've had mine 3-4 months and have spent about £2000 just keeping it on the road! I'm sure I was very unlucky, but hopefully I've sorted the main issues and should have a little while at least where I don't need to hurl money at it! happyeaster 10 Posted May 21, 2013 took it a spin but the clutch is still leaking fluid so new slave cylinder is going onto it today. yea the spoiler is very cool and very modern for a car of its age. noticed a few wee things that are very modern on them. although it does have a 6disk minidisk player which will be getting changed very soon Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
