James. 9 Posted June 6, 2013 Anyone see the brief interview with Guy Martin last night. In a nut shell, when asked "that was a hard job out there today" replied "are you kidding me, I ride bikes for a fortnight. Hows that a job ? That's not workin', have you ever done a days graft ?" and carried on laughing till the camera cut away. Yet again another day where normal lads doing abnormal things with bikes. Even Rossi hasn't got the kahunas to do what they do. First class entertainment.

JSchollar 10 Posted June 7, 2013 (edited) Looks like there's been a crash in the Seniors race, 11 spectators injured with one seriously so. John Howarth was riding, walked away unhurt, according to sky news. Lets hope to god the spectators come out alright! UPDATE: Eleven spectators have been injured, one seriously, during a crash in the first lap of the senior Isle of Man TT motorcycle race. Rider Jonathan Howarth, who was involved in this afternoon's smash, escaped unhurt. The race was red flagged and emergency services were in attendance at the scene. Organisers ACU Events Ltd said in a statement: "Eleven spectators have been taken to hospital with injuries ranging from slight to serious. None are believed to be life threatening at this time. "The Police will not be carrying out a full investigation at this stage and it remains a racing incident. The Police are currently assisting in clearing the scene and recovering the bike. "Race Control are waiting for confirmation from Nobles Hospital that they have sufficient resources available to support a restart of the delayed Senior TT," it added. More follows... StueyB 0 Posted June 12, 2013 Just got back. Absolutely mental. In a nutshell. The island itself is such a beautiful place full of such welcoming people. Stray off the beaten 'TT' track and you find untouched coastlines & picturesque harbours. The TT itself was just mind blowing from sitting at the top of Bray Hill watch them come through and down quicker and quicker each lap in contrast to watching from the Bungalow on the hill side in the glorious sunshine. Just magical at times, it really was. Can't recommend it enough, however we did get super lucky with the weather.
