engine noise through speakers with amplifier fitted

hi as title says ,getting noise through speakers with engine running [poss alternater noise].ive had this before on mk1 golfs and gave up and removed amp . but this time i am determind to sort it out .its a 800w amp wired up correctly -direct batt +,and decent ground to body ect .

can anyone make any suggestions as to what to try next.as im not to good with i.c.e...

much apprciated. only want a good sound and is better with an amp. :?

change the supressor on the altenator. boshe part, couple of pounds.

That or you've got one or more of these problems -

 

--> RCA cables run too close to power cables, rereoute them or switch to a low oxygen shielded cable

 

--> Dodgy earth

 

Still trying to work mine out, but it's a pain in the ass to troubleshoot!
