Got my new summer wheels today, ready for next year 8) . Not sure whether I like the gold or not. Seems to go alright against the dark blue of the car but I think fully polished would look sweet. Think the Keskins may have to go :(

Nah not LM's - very similar though!. They are Work VS-XX 17". Don't see many of them about, they're a Japanese make.

They are 7". Would have ideally been 8's but can't be too fussy. I'll just put the spacers back on that I use for the Keskins. Should sit quite nicely then.

Theyre very very nice, out of interest where did you get them and how much did you pay? I managed to blag these for free for my mate's Evo 2 - yes, free. The guy who had them swapped them for my mate's standard 15" white speedlines. We've always wondered how much they were originally.

I got them off ebay. The guy is apparently upgrading to 19"s to fit his bodykit and 6 pots on his MR2. Originally these wheels cost a fair amount - he mentioned it cost him 2.5k :shocked!: for them to be imported

Have you also noticed that they dont seem to be lacquered on the lip, they are plated or something? At least thats how it seems on the ones my mate has. Has the date stamp on them too, seem like very, very expensive wheels. I('d say keep them gold....but hmmmm i dunno. Difficult one.

 

Possibly colour code them to your car? Might look tacky, might look good.
