carrots 1 Posted August 22, 2013 ive had my corrado about 4 years now and had nothing but problems at the start.ive got a mate that owns fat dubbers with a 20v mk2 golf that keeps saying to 20v mine. mines fine at moment tho it dont use oil or water.i would love the extra power but dont want the hassle of things going wrong. GrahamU 6 Posted August 23, 2013 As Ian says, stock 150 will be disappointing until tuned but stick a BAM from the 225 TT or cupra in there, I'm sure you wont find that to lame Its a relatively easy swap it just depends on what way you want to go. carrots 1 Posted August 23, 2013 ive been in a corrado with the bam engine fitted and thought wow this is quick but your talking a lot of coin for the bam engine and other bits.another local lad thats got a mk2 golf which had a 2.0 abf with 1.8kr head and twin 45,s fitted a standard 20v and didnt seem to happy when i spoke to him.just said its ok could be beter Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
