Howdy people, just a quick one.

 

Can anyone tell me the best place to get a tighter belt to accommodate the 68mm pulley on my charger? Seems a little too slack for my liking.

 

Also best place for the ecu chip to sort the lag out? Hesitates a lot when driving hard and seems to have fueling problems when it feels like it...???

 

Mods are: bbm RSR outlet on a stage 4 charger with 68mm pulley and power flow system

I might be wrong but I'm sure you can get batter rated tensioner rather than a different belt.

You'll want a solid billet adjustable tensioner. Try MaxRPM.de

 

As for the chip, SNS digi-lag chip is what you want.

 

Google is your friend. You should find them easy enough as I'm on my phone.

Any 6 peak belt with a length of 1640mm will cover the smaller pulley.

Am I right in thinking I need a 3.5 bar fuel pressure regulator to help the issues aswell ? Or is this only needed after the red injectors are fitted ?

There should've no need for a bigger FPR until you're upwards of 240/250 bhp

 

With the mods you've listed a sns map and shorter belt will see you right
