timmaaah 0 Posted February 11, 2014 Hi Guys was just wondering in your experience what's the best thing to take off exhaust suit Thanks Iain I'm really not sure as to what your question is-what is an exhaust suit and why do you want to remove it? timmaaah 0 Posted February 11, 2014 He means soot Ah! I use a spray wheel cleaner on my stainless tip (ooeerr missus) and a green, plastic pot scrubby thing :)
iain stevenson 0 Posted February 11, 2014 Lol thanks guys bloody phones auto correct haha , yeh I was thinking just using a scouring pad and wheels cleaner or carb cleaner but wasn't sure if it would scratch the exhaust to bits
Ray1965 10 Posted February 16, 2014 I my experience its not wise to use a scouring pad if its a polished surface like chrome polished stainless steel. To remove the soot use some metal polish, like solvol-autosol keep at it, and it will bring it off. :thumbleft:
