joebloggsVR69 0 Posted May 29, 2004 Bunch of clowns :mad: I've been with them for about 6 years, and everytime I need to go for a renewal, I get put on hold for an eternity..... :x This morning, waited an hour, called em about 4 or 5 times after repeated disconnections... They always seem to have the best quotes, and the people there are pretty knowledgable, but for GODS SAKE they need to sort out their f***ing phone system! yalan 0 Posted May 29, 2004 totally agree - have been with them for 5 years and their quotes were always really good..... ...... but hours waiting & do they ever callyou back ??? god only knows what they'd be like if you actualy had to make a claim! Had an Audi S2 last year with 280bhp and worth 8 grand..... policy was £1200 fully comp renewal this year I changed down to a 2.0 16v corrado worth £1800 Best quote they could manage was £1500 :roll: Bye bye HIC! Banana Man 0 Posted May 29, 2004 I ve been with HIC for 3 years now and am in total agreement they're phone system is c*ap! I'm going with elephant.co.uk now on the rado as they wanted double what I paid last year, which was £720 this year they wanted £1450 :fist: for this years renewal even though I have another years no claims and no points. Supercharged 2 Posted June 1, 2004 HIC do the same to me every year, I always phone the new busisess number that gets straight thru and if they cannot put me directly thru to someone in the right dept I give them my mobile to call me back...
