VR6 VDO 10 bar Sender

Recommended Posts

Probably a 17mm spanner for that.

10 BAR are you sure?

Most gauges I have seen don't go past 5.

10 BAR is nearly 150 PSI, I reckon you would have leaks all over at that pressure!!!

To say the truth...

This is for the VR6 gauge centre console that a bought for my G60.

It is already assembled.

But i need a sender to monitor the oil pressure.

The oil pressure scale is 10 bar.

So i think i need a 10 bar sender.

And without a warning contact because i will put a T-Piece on it...

Help please? Suggestions?

What a quick reply!

Thanks a lot Henny! 8)

They are so much cheaper here (including shiping costs) than buying in Portugal!

On the top of the page simply click in the SENDERS option.

Then pressure senders.

And then click on 150 PSI/10 Bar - 10-180 Ohms option.

Scroll the page and look for the correct part number! 8)

kongo

Did the newer style gauge cluster fit into your centre console ok?

Or did you have to modify it?

IRRC the OEM 10 bar one is about 80euros, BUT the gauge will never get that high as the g60 engine oil pressure doesn't get that high

I had to cut some parts that it has to fix it on VR6 models.

No big deal.

The only thing that can bother you, or maybe not... Is the ashtray.

It won´t open tottaly. :?

No pain for me, as i don´t smoke inside the car! :nono:
