g-spott 0 Posted June 2, 2004 got myself a pair of seats from an opel astra opc(or vauxhall as you call it) I think they look realy nice they are half leather half alcantara and heated...
dinkus 10 Posted June 2, 2004 Those are pretty nice, I'm thinking about going for something like that. The alcantra and leather combo has to be the best combination of leather you can get though. It's leather AND you don't slide around all over the place/have to peel yourself off it :) How much did you manage to get those for? Have you got matching rears too? g-spott 0 Posted June 2, 2004 got the rears also but i think i'll use it to retrim the original caus they are nicer shaped...I don't want a flat rear.. pay 200 euro for them :D :D good price i though'd
dinkus 10 Posted June 2, 2004 I don't want a flat rear Heh heh nobody does ;) Espeically if they're Astra seats I guess a re-trim won't be cheap though :( Did you have any trouble getting the Astra seats to fit in the C? I thought it was pretty tricky getting anything to fit due to the low seating position.

I thought it was pretty tricky getting anything to fit due to the low seating position. yes they still are a little bit to heigh but i'll fix that later, for now i bolted on a strip of steel to the original rail and bolted the seats on to that but i think i'm gonna put them staight on the floor if there al little bit to low them it does'nt matter cause they are height ajusteble
g-spott 0 Posted June 2, 2004 btw it was one hour work per seat work...
dinkus 10 Posted June 2, 2004 an hour a seat? You must like those seats, but then it's not like you're going to need to do it again after they're in. Lower is good :) As long as you're tall enough to see out ;) it helps if they're height adjustable though

Free trips to Amsterdam once in a while, so not a bad job really 8)

Dennis.be 0 Posted July 15, 2004 Nice seats you've got there, I've got myself a couple of new Sparco Torino's. Pay 600 euro for them, 2 for the price of one. :D
Storm 0 Posted July 15, 2004 Dont use those seat heaters to often or you'll need a rubber ring to sit on. :
