mic_VR 3 Posted June 30, 2014 Afternoon all Just wondering if there are any property law experts on here that might be able to give me some pointers on the steps to buy out a long term lease from a leaseholder to make it freehold. Cheers Mic
maff 10 Posted June 30, 2014 I own a flat I rent out which has ridiculous service charge rates and apparantly if you have a few people in on a lease say three flats in one building then the leaseholder cannot refuse a reasonable offer if you all decide to club together and buy him out. Don't quote me on this though, just something I heard which maybe worth a look:-) P.s anybody know how to evict non paying tenants even after they refusing to go even after signing an agreement to leave! solicitors tomorrow/-(
