heyzy 0 Posted June 10, 2004 My VR had a weird nocking noise at low speeds.I jacked the car up in the middle and it seems that one of the top suspension rubbers is completley nackered (loads of play).Has anybody else experienced this?and what would anybody recommend changing too. ie standard etc. Thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

dr_mat 0 Posted June 10, 2004 There will be loads of play if there's no weight on the wheels - it'll hang from the suspension strut top mount. That said, if you're handy with the spanners, just swap them. They're not too expensive, but a garage will probably charge at least an hour to swap the pair for you.
