ryan_welshman 10 Posted October 31, 2014 Anyone know where i can get detachable nunber plate brackets? I would like to swap my two reg plates over, one normal, and one is a pressed plate but i dont want the hassle of unscrewing or unsticking them each time
Jim Bowen 1 Posted October 31, 2014 I used to use a heavy duty velcro. Am sure I got it from halfords. Like a roll of it.

swiftkid 1 Posted October 31, 2014 I've heard of people using strong magnets, gluing them to the back of the bumper and number plate.

Jamie 1 Posted November 2, 2014 Saw a lot of cars at Worthersee using those little suckers that you fix bathroom shelves with to fix their plates. Asked a Dutch bloke how secure they were and he said he'd driven all over Europe in the car and not had an issue yet. If you are going to go down the magnet route make sure you do either Plasti Dip them or put a rubber gasket over them and make sure they're spotlessly clean when you attach them as they do vibrate and will wreck your paint. I learnt this the hard way :(
