mic_VR 3 Posted December 21, 2014 Ok guys Got a iPhone 5 I'm currently having trouble trying to unlock but the muppets at EE are trying to pass the buck and not do it. So 2 questions - anyone got any tips for unlocking an iPhone? - and any advice on new phones? Thinking about a nexus 5 or a OnePlus one. Any advice appreciated. Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted December 22, 2014 When I went sim only with EE, my S3 Galaxy just accepted the new sim card but then I bought the phone and contract from phones4u initially and not EE. Apparently phones4u only sell unlocked phones. I know none of that helps you at all but never mind. I'm thinking of a new phone myself as the S3 isn't keeping up with the demands of modern apps and is slowly grinding to a halt! I was thinking Nexus 5 but they don't sell those anymore and I've heard good about those one plus 1 phones. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I missed out on a OnePlus One on ebay yesterday but I'm getting absolutely sod all help from EE regarding my iPhone. Their customer support is truly atrocious.
