Chuggs1 10 Posted January 17, 2015 That seems pretty cheap for a Storm with such a low mileage - dam wish I had waited a month now!
Hairyarse 10 Posted January 17, 2015 That looks nice! :)
Jim 2 Posted January 17, 2015 37,000 miles! Can't be many left lower than that now. Get it bought Andy :)

Portent 0 Posted January 17, 2015 Lovely car. Great to see such cars commanding a premium too.
liam_raddo 0 Posted January 17, 2015 Looks great but is it worth such a premium based on the mileage..... Well yes IMO. It twice what's mine selling for but done half my Milage I would want some better pics though close ups as they are not the best currently.
Chuggs1 10 Posted January 17, 2015 Thought that would go quick at that price
Jim 2 Posted January 17, 2015 Wonder if it's gone to a trader and we'll see it for sale at like 13k in a few weeks time?
ChrisL 20 Posted January 17, 2015 Looked tidy, must be the quickest sale ever!
Mystic Blue VR 10 Posted January 18, 2015 Wonder if it's gone to a trader and we'll see it for sale at like 13k in a few weeks time? If it's gone to a trader I bet it'll be someone like KGF Classics or 4 Star Classics. Both specialise in cars of that era.
Chuggs1 10 Posted January 18, 2015 If it has it will be on their web site in a week's time for £15k
Mystic Blue VR 10 Posted January 18, 2015 If it has it will be on their web site in a week's time for £15k Bloody hell! Nice car but not worth that surely? I've just had a conversation with a guy who may be selling a Mystic blue Storm, which i know he bought for £6,000 about two months ago. He tried to tell me he knows of someone with a similar car & he values that at £11,000!!! Think I'll be walking away from that if he tries it on. I know the Storm was a limited edition but is basically a VR6 with badges & trim & may command a small premium over a standard VR6. Opinions?
Jim 2 Posted January 18, 2015 That is indeed the reality but ultimately it's seen as the run out model, and is therefore more desirable so does command higher prices. And to be fair Mystic Blue was only available, for the Corrado, on the Storm unlike Classic Green which could be had on non-Storms.
Goldie 2 Posted January 18, 2015 Those who want a Corrado say they aren't worth it. Those who have one say they are.. Seems to be standard… I can think of a few where 11k wouldn't even get you a look in...
Chuggs1 10 Posted January 18, 2015 Must say though I do like the cream leather on the green storm - great looking combination

Seems to be standard… I can think of a few where 11k wouldn't even get you a look in... Ultimately I think all cars are only 'worth' what someone is prepared to pay for them. Unless I've misjudged the current market for the Corrado, Storm or not, 6-7k for a good 100,000 mile plus car is top money. Subjective I know & can of worms opened I suspect!:bomb:
Jim 2 Posted January 18, 2015 Not really sure there is a clear cut formula as every Corrado is so different in terms of mileage, history, work that's been done, condition, etc! Storms just generally seem to fetch more.

Chuggs1 10 Posted January 18, 2015 Mine has lower mileage and will let it go for same price lol
seanl82 23 Posted January 18, 2015 Ahh Chuggs but that one has had basically a nut and bolt refurb. Every inch of it is near mint including all the bits you can't see.

Which tells you it's not worth £9000. Does it still need the tracking doing?
