Re-spray cost??

The rados in need of a full respray, just wondered what people have been charged for similar work

Anything from , £1500 to £7k . It depends if you do the prep , ie strip the car . Are you confident to rub it Down yourself and save money that way ? . Just remember if someone quotes you 1k , you get what you pay for ! .

I paid about 1700 I think in total and did all the prep work myself, not the greatest of jobs but you get what you pay for.

That included welding in audi door handles, welding up wiper hole, bonnet washer jets and those nasty swage lines.

every body shops different and every cars different in terms of prep time, chips, small dents , rust spots ,poor previous paint job etc etc all add up to labour costs,

I wouldn't do a full re spray for less than 2k for a basic job. Is it metallic or non metallic. A lot will depend on condition of car rust dents etc. like has already been said you can save money by striping it yourself and doing prep work but a lot of places won't take it on if they don't do the prep work. Be wary of anything under £1.5k.
