Erallus 10 Posted August 1, 2016 Having had my car broken into recently, I came across this article Just wondering if anyone's got any experience of the following: http://techiefans.com/how-to-track-your-vehicle-on-the-cheap-using-your-smartphone-in-uk/ Looks like it could be cost effective, compared to paying for a tracking service. Anyone got any experience of this or anything similar?
easypops 8 Posted August 1, 2016 I have a chipolo https://chipolo.net I was given it and I set it up and stuck it on my keys, haven't lost them yet but it does track them on a map so I guess it would help you find your car if it was stolen,I don't think the battery life can be that long though? So I guess if you remember to change the battery a couple of times it'll be worth a try
