fendervg 33 Posted August 22, 2016 Spray some electrical contact cleaner or WD-40 in there and then start moving it side to side very slowly while pulling out - use a pair of flat pliers or a pipe wrench and a protective cloth, preferably on a bench vice. There might be a locking tab as well.
Dox 23 Posted August 22, 2016 I always find pushing in first holding the plugs securing clip before pulling on the plug (not the wiring) all in a single motion works best for me.
Will.I.Dub 11 Posted August 22, 2016 Problem is there is no locking tab that's obvious to me Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk

Will.I.Dub 11 Posted August 25, 2016 Thanks all. Brute force and ignorance solved this one. There is no locking tab to be depressed on this plug but there are two little hooks that keep the plug tight. Wiggling while pulling worked for me!
