delfinis38 1 Posted February 18, 2017 I'm with you on this. Not sure if it's just for new cars registered. I know all cars will be 140 pounds. Unless you buy a new car over 40k and you get taxed big time initially... my mates having his car delivered end of march for this reason as the tax would be nearly 1k. While on the subject off being ripped off it's going to cost cars over 10 years old (registered before 06)an extra £10 a day on top of congestion charge to drive in London.
