Rear spoiler is it adjustable

Hi All

My rear spoiler keeps catching and taking the paint off my number plate light surround.

Can it be adjusted at all so it misses it.

There is a little adjustment on the two Allen screws that hold it on.With it raised,they are easy accessible,slacken off,and there is some play there.

You will need to use some sort of "torque seal" as they will vibrate loose
