SR_Neale 10 Posted November 8, 2017 Hello all just a quick question. Is it legal to park an un insured car on the road if it has a valid mot and is taxed?
marks2 0 Posted November 8, 2017 (edited) As I understand it the Continuous Insurance Enforcement legislation makes it an offence to be the keeper of a vehicle without insurance unless you have notified the DLVA using SORN. Gti_Jamo 10 Posted November 9, 2017 Yes all vehicles must be insured unless they are declared SORN.

Yandards 0 Posted November 13, 2017 A requirement as part of taxing the car is that it is insured and you invalidate the tax if you don't insure it.
