mavis1979 10 Posted December 18, 2020 Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before but I’ve only just bought a Corrado after a 18 year break and 18 years ago everything worked. My heater control doesn’t work on any setting and I can’t see. It seems to be slightly warm as after a while it SLOWLY demists but I’d like it working Any help much appreciated

If it was the thermo fuse on the fan that went it would work but only on speed four. So I’d say fuse then the actual switch to test next. In the switch is a copper tab that may need tweaking slightly.
mavis1979 10 Posted December 18, 2020 Thanks mate, I’ll check the fuse now
mavis1979 10 Posted December 18, 2020 The fuse is good mate, although i noticed it was a 30A and from the photo I have it should be fuse 6 which is 20A
1xshaunx1 27 Posted December 18, 2020 Something wrong there then, I’d put a proper fuse in and see if there is power to the switch. if the switch is goosed you can get one of these mk3 controllers, the switch is basically the same just upside down on the other side. I used one to fix mine. https://www.heritagepartscentre.com/uk/1h0820045c-fresh-air-and-heater-controls.html
1xshaunx1 27 Posted December 18, 2020 Could be the motor on the fan too
