Activating the Dormant rear Fog lights

The rear fogs are not activeted for the US :mad: Corrados but i know they are for the Euro ones!!! does anyone have a pic of them on ? i wonna see what they look like cause i want to get mines activeted...

very easy just pop out the blank plastic bit over the l/h side fog light and stick a bulb in!! its all ready to go :)

Bear in mind the nearside rear fog has no metal heat deflector like the offside one has, so there is a risk of melting the plastic during prolonged use. You should be OK if you don't leave the fogs on for too long.

I think the reflector is slightly different too.

They come on with the foglight button!

the later switches are better becuase there are seperate ones for front and back but then again the fronts also crack because of the intense heat :roll:

Ya i know what you mean, i had changed my front ones before but they cracked again so i just leave them, what if i put a low voltage light bulb in it, would that help ?

you'd need a low WATTAGE bulb to reduce the heat... low Voltage would make it brighter/hotter and last lots less time... ;)
