dr_mat 0 Posted August 18, 2004 Depends on which car you have, and whether you want to replace bushes and ball joints at the same time..

Mike Edwards 0 Posted August 18, 2004 Less than £100 for new wishbones fitted with bushes. Plus labour to fit them. New bottom balljoints would be a good idea while you're there though.

dtjames 0 Posted August 19, 2004 I have just had wishbones and balljoint fitted. VW GSF Wishbones (each) £56 £40 Ball Joints (each) £21 £?? The fitting should take about 1- 11/2 hours - my mechanic charged me £35, and did the 4-wheel alignment tracking for that too. I was happy. The VW wishbones come with better bushes that the GSF ones - apparently, so I went with them for the extra £32. ...and you should be able to get 10% off at VW too. God luck. woody 0 Posted August 19, 2004 I had the wishbones done last year the actual wishbones were £60 but to my surprise all of the bolts and washers and bits and pieces came to £57 ( nearly had a fit in VW at poole ) But how prone to snapping any bolt on my car is i did go for it and good job three bolts snapped.
