robhearne 1 Posted August 22, 2004 I'm thinking of buying some red and clear rear light clusters, does anyone have any recommendations on which make to go for? europerformance.co.uk have FK lights for £165 and MHW lights for £275 (unfortunately no pictures of either), I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for but what will the extra £110 get me? bcstudent 0 Posted August 22, 2004 I have the FKs and I love 'em - they're light smoke/red though
LicklePaulie 0 Posted August 22, 2004 Depends how picky you and your local constabulary/MoT testers are - FKs do not carry the 'E' stamp required to make them strictly legal. Don't know about MHWs but InPros do (and cost around £200)

Tempest 0 Posted August 24, 2004 but InPros do (and cost around £200) Not, if you look here, last sets went for £145 (smoked), and £159 (red/clears, and clears). They're the InPros with E-Mark. If I get enough peeps together again, I can start another group buy. :D Tempest

rolfei 0 Posted August 30, 2004 Can you not just stick your old lights back on to get through an MoT or is that a real hassle?
stevemac 0 Posted August 30, 2004 Can you not just stick your old lights back on to get through an MoT or is that a real hassle? No hassle at all - just 4 screws on each light  Mine's been through 2 MOT's without a problem & my rear lights are completely black 8)
