Where would you obtain spigot rings, etc?

Looking at some eBay wheels.. assuming they won't come with spigot rings.. where would I buy em from for Oz wheels? Would Halfords sell them seperately to alloy wheels or can you only buy them as a complete set?

Think there are a few alloy wheel shops around the city - would Halfrauds do em? Its a full on Ripspeed centre (oh yes!) if that help...
