Red/Red or Black/Red?

I am thinking of tinting the rear lights as there is no way in hell I am paying £140+ for the crystal ones. In general I prefer the all red efforts. However with a red car I think it may be a bit over kill.

 

What would look better all red or black/red?

All red. imho the red/black combo looks too tinted (DIY style) which I don't like.. but if red is done properly it looks really good, even on a red car :)

TBH I'm not keen on black/red... it does suit the Golf but not the C IMO. All red all the way 8)

i got my mate at the local VW dealer to do them for me, sprayed, laquered and oven baked!! quality!!!

Id have said red/black but after seeing the pic above then RED RED RED 8)
