Lewvw your absolutely right all this chasing of sales bonuses does drive down standards of workmanship. I do remember my friend telling me that the bonuses did make quite a difference to the wage packet.

The problem with these chains is that they are targeted for bonus purposes, so it pays the people who work there to find more work than what you have come for. I had a friend who worked there and they were always chasing their targets to get their bonuses and they were more than happy to pricematch in order to get the business.

Not something that would bother me to be honest as good diesels go on forever, but i know they looking for something lower mileage. Yours does look in really nice condition .

apart from the usual broken glass under the back seats that i seem to find in most of the cars that i buy.....bought back my first satin vr from the guy who id sold it to and under the rear seat found a pen-drive with loads of tunes and stuff that i'd lost 18 months previous!

Theres a little slot in the centre console on mk4 golfs that swallows bank cards etc under braking - we retrieved my mates gym card from there + a full history of parking tickets from previous owners, boots advantage card and book of stamps.

I've found broken glass b4, just shows u that the companies who fix it don't really do a good job cleaning up afterwards lol

It's worst thing selling to friends or family especially on credit i hope it all works out for u mate.

just from looking at the pictures isn't there supposed to be a seperate smaller control module aswell, doesn't seem to be in the pictures. Also does anyone know if this can used effectively without that control module?
