  1. Cars for Breaking If you are breaking a car, please post all the details you can in the correct section. NOTE: You must be a Donator in order to create a new thread in this section, and your thread will be Moderated before going live on the site. To Donate, click the link at the top of the site. Please keep communication in the thread where possible, and update your first post with items that have sold, changes in price, etc. The more details you give, the easier the sale will be.

If you only have a few items for sale, you are welcome to post them in the Classifieds section.

    ^^

  3. TO DO:

Needs a CAN-BUS converter (about £60) to make the rev counter work.

You're selling a car for thousands and can't spend £60 to 'make the rev counter work'.

Always raises my suspicions / ****es me off.

I have approved your thread. Some other threads were simply deleted as you were circumventing the classifieds and just posting links to Autotrader.

All that aside, welcome to the forum!

  5. Cheers guys, appreciate the comments.

I need to get some decent photos done - just need some sunshine!

Tough to say really Jim. As you say, it's been a while since I was last behind the wheel of a Corrado and I've driven a fair bit in-between - a few Evo's, Mk4 R32 etc.

From what I can remember, the Corrado definitely trumps the Golf on power (obviously), handling and brakes. But the Golf still just has a 'feel' that, although very rural, is very appealing. And the engine just wants to rev forever!

Sounds like an odd combo but the Evo and Golf are a brilliant combo!
