  1. Hi, Sorry For the late reply regarding the shifter photos, i don't go on the forum much anymore..

Anyway, i Got your email address so I'll sort out a few photos of anything I have, including a black rear parcel shelf (uncut) trim bits etc.

    Cheers-Andrew

  2. I may have some spare, i'll check later on and get back.

Send me your email and i'll get a few photos sent off my phone.

When you say shifter, i take it you mean the shifter mech. on the gearbox? or the shifter/gear lever shifter housing in the car?

    Cheers-andrew

  3. Hi mate,

I've got left over a complete '92 ABV 2.9 Vr bottom end, only had 19.000kms on it too..

Block, pistons but no rings as they had lost there tension after being sat for 22+ years.. Crank, font pulleys, sump etc..

Let me know if your interested.

    Cheers-Andrew

  4. Not a lot unfortunately.. I had this problem yonks ago so fitted a spare sunroof version withe the hole covered using yet another lining's material.. It's still fitted inside the car, I think it looks fine.

I've got a spare non roof lining boxed up as a spare, was fine last time I checked it.

  5. Hi mate,

I've got a virtually brand new, uncut rear parcel shelf, good grille with all tabs intact.

I assume your corrado is a Vr6 version with the later type fog lights and 3 slat grille fitted?

Send me your email and i'll get a few photos up and sent

    Cheers-Andrew

  6. Not without swapping over your Vr bellhousing jim..

Big job mate, you should swap over all your bearings from your 'box and even then sometimes the preload is a little out of spec. Major pain in the arse to remove the conical bearing races from inside the gearbox..

I've done a few over the years but it's def. not a walk in the park.

  7. Digilag is part of the eprom's (chip) configuration/programming that the Vw engineers wrote into the software. I think it was something emission based but it's a royal pain in the arse. SNS managed to eradicate it from their superb chips they used to sell.

Misfire could be many things mate, start with having a peek at the spark plugs, ign. leads, cap, rotor arm etc.. Check and see if the full throttle micro switch works on full throttle.

Basically do a standard G60 service and tune up.
