Who is the best firm to map a G60 ???? (its in a mk1 golf) Preferably close to yorkshire or west yorkshire/leeds area Its has had head work, cam, stage 2 charger, bore + JE pistons, valves etc etc so want it setting up sweet

this makes sense :) were can i buy a switch from though??? Ill just replace it and the wiring and see if it cures it?

For the timing, fuel, air and spark surely it would be consistantly ill? As its an intermitant thing, 1 minute its fine another it can be poorly for a hour, then good for 5 hours :shrug:

Yeah they seem to be working good, and i was talking about the micro switches 8) Do the g60s not have a throttle position sensor or something that tells them where the throtle is??? The vac hose to the ecu is all good, the blue temp sensor works fine, cannot find a vac leak? Any more ideas guys?

got a G60 that sometimes decides that it doesnt wont to rev, it will only rev at full throttle nothing inbetween, Send the idle a little lump too. When i unplug a sensor at the back of the throttle body it revs ok but the idle increases, whats this sensor supposed to do? Any help appriciated :confused4:

checked/changed as above, not checked anything else dont really know what to check? Could it be the ht leds?? Al check the vac hose in the mornin tho.

Just got my charger back from g werks, got it all back together did a boost check an it was leakin from somewhere but runnin fine. Then i got an rsr outlet on an that cured the leak but now it seems to be misfirin maybe or hesitating when acceleratin hard any ideas whats wrong? cheers mark

well i've just had the ecu checked an it has been chipped, but still think am gonna go for an sns chip.

halifax bud, ye they seem to be widely used, do g werks do the chips because my charger is there at the moment.

will give them a call tomoro, what are them sns chips like quiet a lot of ppl on here seem to have these?

Hi am new on here just bought a g60 c, in the process of havin the charger serviced an p&p. Just wonderine which is the best chip to go for as its got a 68mm pulley an a few other mods cheers mark
