That sounds like it was me. Right location, time and number plate. Wrong colour. Its a mystic blue storm. Didn't spot any corrados at cribbs but did see a green vr6 m reg by cabots circus heading on to m32 yesterday at 5ish. Tried to pull along side but due to traffic couldn't. Thrid time i've been spotted now. Thanks for the comments vorn. Aha - one of my sons insisted it was a Storm but I said I didn't think it was  - number plate was a bloody big clue! I was in a Golf. Coming to the national day at RAF Cosford? Quite a few of us convoying up from this direction. I am working that saturday but hopefully going to bristol volksfest on sunday 7th of june. Also spotted green vr m reg parked just of cranbrook rd in cotham at 10.30am. 2mins after spotted what looked like a mystic blue storm turning right onto gloucester rd from zetland rd. Tried to catch up but got stopped by red traffic light anyone?

Had the same proplem a few months ago. After two snapped belts :bad-words: i had the pulley on the alternator changed. The new one is made from some sort of metal and cost around £40 supplied by the garage who fitted it. The old plastic one was worn and the plastic ribbeds on it had become sharp. I also had the tensioner pulley change at the same time. Know all the belts and pulleys are running nice and square with each other. No more problems since :)

Many thanks for the offer ziderapple :) just got car back from garage and the belt the supplier sent was the wrong size belt correct length, slightly wrong width :? Anyway just had a blast around the ring road and seems fine. Sorry for hi jacking this thread

Just had my belt replaced at a garage on wednesday. Drove back from garage 3 miles. Left for three days, took out last night for another 3 miles when reversing to park steering suddenly felt stiff. Poped the bonnet to find broken belt  . Does this mean something has seized?

There has been a few subtle mods carried out by the previous owner milltek s/s exhaust cheaper than an original one. Lupo wipers which i want to change. Getting the juddering that lupo wipers seem to do. Amd remap the paperwork says 207bhp :) I know there's a thread about TT wipers on the rado. How many of you guys have this mod and does it work? I like my wipers to be smooth and less noisey. Thanks for all the nice comments 8)

Possibly seen me driving around Bristol or surrounding areas. S.Glos isn't far away. I'll be on the lookout for a classic green!

 The guy in the scooby looks very annoyed especially when he fluffs his start at 100km/h  Spoilers up 8)

Interiors pretty mint. No bolster wear or sagging. The usual crazing of the leather on drivers/passengers bolster, and a small rip in the rear quarter card. This is the only picture i have. Looks better know as i have cleaned and nourished the leather a few times. I have also got rid of those tatty mats 8) Will try and post some more recent ones when i have somemore time.
-
I also have a short list. 1. 89 mk2 astra estate. kept having my fuel lines cut :( 2. 97 mk3 golf cl. Good solid car 3. 02 focus st170. constantly let in water  4. 95 mystic blue vr6. by far the best :D
