Brilliant pics! Some pics of my old blackberry C!Lovely blackberry it was too!
That's my old girl in the middle, but I can't see myself in any of the pics. What show was that? I don't even remember being there :lol:I think it was Stanford Hall - guessing you'd sold up by then otherwise I'd have been picking your brain over turbos all day
Love the BBS RS. did they do these in - 5x100 stud as well guys, only thought they came in 4 stud?BBS RS301 which is a Corrado fitment IIRC - very nice, but not cheap!
some great pictures of some fantastic corrados - but has the photographer got something against G60'shaha, if more G60s turned up then maybe there would have been more picture to take :) Seems that even back then there weren't too many attending shows
See my old Storm M964XSX (and my naked legs) make an appearance in on photo. That was the 25th Anni National Day in 2013. A lovely warm day as I recallHope you're well mate! You back in a(-nother) corrado? :)
Dragon green vr with gold wheels is mineAlthough it's now supercharged and had a full rebuild
Don't even try to post pictures on here no more! How the hell did you manage to get them on
I remember going for a test drive in your car with vag hag when we was at the Airfield meet
I remember, how are you doing? Glad to hear you've still got yours, actually one of my favourites! That test drive probably did vag hag no favours as he told he went turbo shortly after  I'm back in a turbo again, but alas no longer a corrado or VAG for that matter.
I've just linked the pictures from an external site (flickr) using BBcode. I think the actual corrado forum attachment thingy is broken though.

I'll try to dig out some more from elsewhere.
Interested to hear who was here and if you're still with a Corrado, or what you've replaced it with etc.

Just downloaded everything from my photobucket due to them being absolute sh*t these days and re-hosted elsewhere. Found a lot of old pictures from past CCGB and other shows including GTI International and Motorsport at the Palace, etc. so I thought i'd share them here.
Who is who? I certainly do remember some cars :)
Apologies if some pics appear squished
more to follow...

Why not a Corrado forum annual meet, with entry admission? I don't actually know the costs associated with running a forum for a year so disregard if my suggestion is stupid.
I'm not sure if a paid only forum is a good idea

I still check in every now and then, even though I sold up a few years back. I'll always be a massive Corrado fan so it's nice to check out the latest build threads and whatnot, although it has slowed down a bit as of late. Maybe I should update mine  there'll be zero Corrado content though.
As for ED38... I rarely ever posted there, but I did buy a lot of decent parts over the years, so it's a shame it has gone.

I went to a Castle Combe CCGB meet a few years ago, possibly for the 25th anniversary? Someone who remembers me might be able to verify :) I had a Green Storm Turbo (it may have been supercharged back then though).
Happy days. I sold it about a year after, my journey with the car was done. I don't think there was much of the car left that hadn't been tinkered with! Still miss it sometimes, but it's gone to great home and still being well care for as far as I know
These days I'm pottering around in a disgusting Japanese piece of awesomeness :norty:
Each to their own

Awesome. I've been tempted to get another project car, and have looked into these
Replaced my VRT with a diesel  I believe it's just me getting old

well hello there stranger! how you diddling?VAG-hag had one after the stealth install & IIRC the gears mashed on a stealth RR day too & he had a horrendous drive home :(
poor chap!
i am still a bit peev'd i couldnt raise the funds to buy your rado lol ;)
Oh no! I vaguely remember him telling me now you mention it - whoops :)
Nice to see you're still in a Corrado, I haven't really replaced mine yet... seen and tested a few cars where I've been 90% close to pulling the trigger but I'm far too indecisive. Oh well, the diesel economy in the mean time is a welcome change

Nick didn't obtain the stronger gearset in the end, he had an LSD though.....Yup, took far too long to arrive in the end. As said though, there's lots of VRT gearbox horror stories but I don't think Vince had ever really seen any - if you're aware of when to put your foot down then you should be fine. If i did it again I'd probably go 02M just for peace of mind
Hope you're all well!

I'm so glad the car is in good hands, towards the end I lost all momentum! Looks fantastic, I'd always considered LMs - excellent taste!
I hope you're all doing well :)
PS - Is the spoiler stuck up now?

I believe they are on the forum, a veteran owner/member who has returned to the fold. They can introduce themselves :)

Gone to a new home now :( You may see it north of the border! Thanks to everyone for your help here, for the friendliness at shows and for trawling through this ridiculously long thread over the years. It's been quite a journey and who knows maybe I'll be back in a rado at some point in the future.
As of yet no replacement!

I do still check back every now and then as I love Corrados! Had a chance to buy another recently but the ULEZ thing just doesn't make it worthwhile to me 😞 I've had a few different cars since, but nothing has quite scared me as much as my VR6 turbo did - good times! Since I sold my Corrado, and boring cars aside I've had owned the following:
FK8 Type R - best handling car I've owned to this day!
W205 C63 AMG
971 Panamera GTS
Current - DB11 V8 (Missed the C63 engine that much!)
