The terminals just needed a good clean thanks

The alarm is not working right and when i think its off i go to fire it up. When trying to start it the dash goes blank i am not sure if its a bad earth if so where are the straps to be found the alarm looks to be a VAG one

My VR6 has developed a problem today I was driving along the road just at a low speed as i was in 30 zone when i pressed my foot down on to pull away i noticed the car felt like it was not running on all cylinders. After stopping a bit further a long the road i shut the car off and had look to see if i could see anything maybe a lead broken but nothing. I fired the car up again it was fine for about 10 seconds then back to as it was. Any help would be good. Cheers
