How far can you strip them down? 1 Remove mirror from car 2 Remove mirror glass and electrical conectors 3 Undo 4 screws that hold plastic trim to mirror cover 4 Remove black plastic trim Is that it? or can you remove the gubings out from the mirror cover itself?

Ive got the part number and cleaned a subframe that ive got but couldnt find a part no stamped anywhere. Id does however have 2 round mounts.

Just a quickie. Im a newbie to this forum, normally on e38. Anyhow can someone please tell me or bettre show me how you tell the difference between a vr6 subframe and others that are fitted to rados? Thanks
