Not a big fan of the RS4 style bumper but it looks well nice with the mods you've done. What is the outlet that you have put on the back of the charger?
-
Nice work matey, this is exactly how i've wanted my C to look since i bought it!, so cheers for the insperation to get my lazy arse up and get it sorted!! I still think those rims look totally sweet on aqua blue Corrado's!....
-
Looks Superb mate. I really like the rims and ride height.... :)
-
Scott, Can you just turn up or do you have to give dubsport a call? May have a wander over :) and get someone else to have a look at my problems!!
-
I'll give the exhaust a good goin over when the weather is better Cheers for tips guys, although i'm 100% sure its not the windscreen, thanks 2CC!! I can hear the rattle resonate through tunnels and stuff.....

Does anyone know how easy it is to fit new engine mounts? Also, are there any uprated ones available? :?

When i'm driving around, something in my C's engine rattles but it only starts rattling around 2500 rpm. Its definatley not the charger but its coming from the back of the engine. in 12 months the noise hasn't got ant louder or quieter, but its still there. Any ideas?

Whatever you do, DO NOT take out the middle bolt! my engine nearly fell on the floor and nearly crushed me!!! I was also following instructions from an article on Jans VW site! load of good he was! If you have an immaculate C, then its also best to have a friend with you, just to make sure you dont scratch anything or drop the bumper! (not me then!) :) :) Also when bolting the I.C back on, it is wise to put stainless bolts on as they get very rusty and are hard to remove the next time it needs to come off.

Thanks for the 99.9 MFA help will get that sorted this weekend! :)

JD is the daddy of performance Veedubs and this is one of his best creations, but dont you think RS2 front bumpers and extended rear bumpers should die a death and move over for something smooth...... ? P.S i have no real say, as my 'c' is blue, yellow & black now i've put it back together!!

Does a smaller charger pulley need a smaller drive belt?

G60 Jet, have you chipped your 'c' to run with the 68mm pulley? -
I'm pretty sure that the sensor behind the front bumper is the outside temperature ?! My M.F.A does exactly the same as yours VR6, just sits there from start up on 99.9, but everything else works. It will be interesting if anyone can come up with a solution. :?

Woo hoo, the charger is off! Thanks to all who replied. I found that using a T-40 star key slotted straight in to the 6mm allen bolts on the block, and they cracked off no probs!! I'm sure there are accuratley made tools that fit the allen heads, but this was the quick and easy method to a 2 week brain ache of a problem!! I'll be able to do it in 5 mins next time! :D Thanks for the tip on the banjo's Darren!

Help! Can someone tell me a number of ways to get the charger off my G60 corrado? My problem is how to stop the pulley moving when i'm trying to unbolt it, and also which bracket to take off!! the one with the allen bolts is staying on as they will just round off! once the pulley is off should the charger just lift out? your help is much appreciated, as i need my car back by the weekend !! :?
