are you talking about the bearing bolt or what holds the stub axle on ? if stub axle just tighten till you can get no more , or if bearing just do up till there is no play in the wheel

pinchbolt and nut , track rod end nut , hub nut , 2 drop link nuts , brake disc screw :)

put the sealant inbetween the glass and the rubber , it should help

when you changed the seals , did you use a glass sealant in there it helps keep the water out
