I am looking for a 02a gearbox selector tower for my 1990 16v .mines got loads of play in it.mines doesnt have the weight on it.cheers need asap

my 16v is jumping out of 1st gear as you move off sometimes and there is also a strange noise as I move off.it feels like it not going into 1st gear all the way.it only makes the noise in 1st gear and selects other gears fine.

I've got a water leak on my 1.8 kr.its by the top of gearbox .Do them plastic flanges leak often

Not sure which wire you mean.ive cleaned the main live that comes from starter to alternator and tested it for breaks inside.when you remove the regulator there's are no wires to it.its held on with 2 screws

my alternator is charging 13.21v load off ,12.92v load on.ive checked the earth lead and positive lead which look fine.i took the brushes out tonight they are worn but have a little life left.the commutator has bad grooves worn into one side of it.is it worth fitting new brushes with the worn commutator.also theres no battery light with ignition on and car not running.cheers

ive changed the plastic rollers.i am sure if the window scraper touched the glass it would be beter

I changed my drivers outer window scraper with one off vw heritage a while ago.since changing it the window rattles when down a little.i put this down to the seal not touching they glass.i can't knock the seal down anymore.its like it's been made wrong.anyone else had this problem.

It's only done it twice so it will have to wait untill it gets really bad

my corrado has jumped out of 1st gear twice now.ive got no strange noises or crunches .could it be something on the way out or me just not putting it into gear proper.its a 1.8 16v
