WooHoo!
It was the Air Flow Mass meter!
Sorted!!!
Next problem...
Bolts not coming out!!!

Im pretty sure Leads are in the correct order.
Engine starts and runs, but just struggles to maintain smooth idling around 800rpm.
Then eventually cuts out.
Thinking the air flow meter is nakkered.

Thanks!!!
Mounts all fitted!
Samco Hoses too and new water pump, dizzy cap and spark plugs!
Having an issue with her starting up now
And idling properly!
Keeps cutting out within seconds!
Computers says speed sensor, have fitted 2 new ones and neither have resolved the issue.
Changed the throttle body position sensor and still not getting anywhere.
Thinking it maybe the Air flow mass meter?
Any tips guys?

Thanks for the kind comments- if you missed out will be organising one next summer= more than lightly take on some of the twisties around Malvern or might head deeper into the Wye Valley for some cracking scenic shots.

Been a while since I added to this thread. Been busy with other work projects.
But time to show some love to the Rado!!!
Ordered a few new bits and a shiny new aluminum Rad for some better cooling hopefully!
After booking her into my local garage, we have noticed a few other bits that need attention!
So ordered some more parts from VW Heritage
Including New water pump, Samco Hoses, oil cooler pipe, temp sensor etc.
I will keep u guys posted with the progress!

Watch this space :)About to fit some to my VR, seats wise depends on your budget really? if you want wing back, fully electric....I just wanted some reasonably priced replacements for my front black leather seats, and picked up a pair of excellent black leather electric tombstones for £150
Awesome!!!
I want some with good support and some comfort adjustment for those long journeys and weekends using the Corrado when its low to the ground and driven hard.
Im just a bit concerned about getting them fitted and the seat frames etc...
Can you Upload some pics?
