have a dilemma whether 2 keep the corrado 1.8 16v or part ex it in on a 02 golf 1.8 gti t 180bhp.the corrado needs a respay and tyding up a bit thanx loads carl :?:

1.8 16v have just had the head gasket changed, new cambelt fitted, new distrbuter. the c dos'nt seem the same ,at 60mph the c is loud and is vibrating,only averaging about 23mpg give it some it drops below 20mpg.is it worth me taking it to get it re tuned (rolling road).

please help when car is warmed up the heater blows only cold air ,when moving and you give it some it starts blowing hot,then when you stop it goes back cold.also only getting a trickle of air from front and side air vents,windscreen drivers side is fine,passenger only a trickle.....thanks carl

took my c to a mate , he is a mechanic. 2 hours later and a lot of f**kin around and hey presto heat, all it has cost me is for him to update his laptop on my broadband, lucky or what. thank peeps bugie

have just bought my first c,a 1.8 16v h reg as winter will soon be upon us i was hoping that someone could help me out. there is no heat comming from any vent, the fan is working.not being very mechanicaly brill is there anywhere i could take this to be looked at. ps thanks to all from last post a great help bugie :x-mas:
