£15 for the check rod? Need to shift it before I move onto my other stuff ;)
-
191853615A
Pence from a dealer.
-
Last bit, check rod reduce to £17 posted :)

If you made sure the known rusty areas are sorted and any dodgy paintwork (within reason) done then I think that's a fair price.
-
Replaced my rear VR6 badge and put it in the location it should have been in the first place.
Also put a new VR6 badge on the centre console to cover a sploge of superglue left by the previous owner!
Then gave it a polish.

Hi mate, i'll look into it for you :)
-
Doors are about £750 these days and a special order from Germany. Used ones are becoming harder to find so I reckon you'll be looking at insurance :(
-
I have a new set still bagged. £25 for a set of bags and carry case?
-
Still available from a dealer for pence last time I checked.

Hi all,
Forgot to mention that I will be at a funeral all day Monday, so don't bother phoning on that day ;)
List is currently up to date, so won't change until people start phoning up again on Tuesday :)

Glovebox Cover Strips - Getting a couple more on order on Tuesday
Rear Number Plate light units - Ordering x6 on Tuesday
I had a few NS rear glasses but now all sold. I will check on the rear screen for you :)

Sooooo tempted with the VDO Gauges!and probably the only mod that will increase the value of a Corrado  ;)

Here is the next batch of Classic Parts items :) Due to allot of items currently being moved from the normal VW Warehouse to Classic Parts I was unable to get allot of the parts people requested at this moment in time, so this one is a tiny order to keep things going and also means that we can close it up quicker and get onto the proper stuff :) Due to fluctations in the Euro I have had to increase the price slightly of some items which were cheaper in the last group buy but it's not even a pound in most cases:(
The benefits for you will be;
- Average saving of 5% which in this case is achieved by being able to bulk buy the items and absorb the carriage costs from Germany.
- 2% of your purchase will be donated to the forum running costs. So you will actually be giving something back to the Corrado Forum!
- The sadder fact, it could be your last chance to buy! There is now guanrantee they will be reproduced, but the fact these items are getting bought in bulk does help the decision!
Payment
To pay for the items, please contact myself (Neil) on 01473 556306 as soon as possible between 9am and 5pm on weekdays for card payment. I will also require your username to update the sold list. All items will be sent recorded delivery and include UK delivery (Highlands and other countries at extra cost).
Any orders under £20 will be subject to a small £2.00 postage charge, any orders above this price will get free UK delivery (exc. Highlands)
PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS WILL BE SUPPLIED ON A FIRST BOUGHT, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
Facelift VDO Guages for RHD Vehicles - These are the last three new RHD ones in the world according to Classic Parts and they won't be reproduced.

Paid for glove box strip and number plate light cover about a month ago (3rd Feb) but nothing received yet. You did say the light cover would take a while so just checking that my orders not dropped off the radar and wondering if you have a delivery estimate.Cheers
Gus
Hi mate, was a delay at Classic Parts as the lady I normally deal with was away. But the bits arrived today and will be going out tomorrow :)

Bargain :) Wish I had the spare cash to snap it up.

My VR6 gets 32mpg. But you have to fuel it properly (98RON) and at the moment that's costing me £94 a tank

Welcome, so you actually bought one yet? :)

Hi dubnut. I can sympathize with your situation somewhat. One of my oldest friends (known since about 3 years old) committed suicide on Sunday night, i've basically been a zombie for the last week and because of work only just had a chance to visit where he hung himself and lay some flowers :( Although I only occasionally saw him in the later years i'm currently finding it hard to deal with if i'm honest, especially when I walk past places we used to hang around.
All I can say is make sure you have someone to talk to (physical, not the internet!). I've found speaking to friends (even ones that didn't know him) has helped me get some of that pressure off. We are living in some odd and stressful times at the moment and I think people need friends more than ever.

As for mods, I'm not a big fan of stock - way too high and the ancillaries (lights, wipers) are so poor you'd stuggle as a daily.
Stone
I think there are things that have to be replaced really for safety; Wipers, headlight switch and headlight loom have been fitted to mine to improve things :) I'm not sure why everyone moans about standard ride height. I still ground out on the front splitter occasionally and it's waaaay lower that any of the modern cars on the roads these days.

Took it off the car as I put it in the wrong spot last time but chucked another new one on as I had run out of double sided tape :)
As new, £4 posted?
