Looking for front bumper from early valver. how much posted?

Hi guys just wondered if someone would be able to give me a bit of advice!

Was driving the VR this morning and got stuck in some traffic and the radiator fan came on (normal i know). But as i carried on driving i could still the fans going, so stopped the car to see what was going on. Cheked water levels and oil levels, all fine. Temp of engine was running fine just under 100c. Turned engine back on radiators still going and now they come on every time i start the engine.

Anyone any ideas to what I can do to sort this problem, any help will be greatly appreciated

Typical my Rado is in Stratford almost everyday and not one spot as yet!! Lol

Saw a black VR in Stratford upon Avon yesterday afternoon (about 12.50) parked up on the Shipston road.

Hi Dave looks like I have fallen victim to the drivers side door handle going. knew it was on its way out as it was becoming very difficult to open, really hvaing to tug it to get it to open. COuld you send me details on the repair kit?

They took the hit on the bearing and didnt charge for the labour but still had to pay for the stub axle!

What did the £54 cover? If they've admitted not checking the bearing before tightening surely they should have taken the hit?

Got my car back from the garage today. They accepted that they didn't check the bearing properly before tightening which is why it disintegrated.This may have been caused by the stub axle as it was worn?!?!?. They have replaced that and seems to be working fine, did cost me a further £54 which im not too happy about! Hopefully won't have to spend anymore money on my Rado as it has cost me at least £1100 in the last 3 weeks. Why do I love my Rado so much?

Hi guys just wanted somebody elses opinion on the problem I have with my VR6.

Took it into a garage today to have it MOT'd. Failed on offside rear wheel bearing having excessive play. They siad they would do the work for £79. Whilst driving the car home today heard a sudden bang and the steering wobbled, thought nothing of it. But just got back in to the car, drove it down the road and the rear brake is squealing so loud that you can hear me coming a mile off!!!! The bearing that they have claimed to fix is now making a crunching sound when I turn left. My dad reckons that they did not replace the wheel bearing and just tightened it. He also thinks that they didn't clean up the brake disc or lubricate them before refitting. Do you think the garage are to blame for this fault? Will I be able to get them to fix this free of charge seems as it was absolutely fine this morning!

Any advice would be welcome :)

Got my first VR6 storm when i was 19 now 22, before tht had a 1.8 16v :)

Went with an LUK Clutch kit from Euro parts in the end. Should arrive tomorrow and hopefully get the garage to fit it by Thursday. I knew i should have got my valver on the road as a replacement!

Get a Valeo kit from Stealth or Euro.

Hi guys am desperately looking for a VR6 clutch kit as mine is just about dead! Need one ASAP as my RAdo is my daily!

I have only ever used my Rado as a daily for the last 5 years. Wouldn't have it any other way :)

Bought my first rado at 17 was a 16v still have the beast unfortunately off the road at the moment :(

Bought my first VR6 Storm at 19 until it got written off by a white van man (w****r) now got my red VR6 at 22 :)

Only ever owned rado's, totally hooked!

No prob's i'll get them removed this weekend. i'll take £45 for the pair
