My '89 1.8 16v in perl blue, 99k, new mot on sale, full factory fitted leather interior. Needs a little bit on tlc but drives like a dream. 3 nearly new parada spec 2 tyres on bbs rims. £800, car is in Cornwall, pm me for more details.

Replaced the 17" rubber bands with BMW BBS 15"s with Parada Spec 2 tyres, definately feels less choppy on the road. Speedo reads about 3mph too fast now though.

Should be running at least 13 volts, sounds like an alternator problem.

A mate is breaking a R reg Cordoba 1.6 which has new shocks on. Does anyone know if they will fit my 16v Corrado? Also got a nice and tight steering column if this will fit too?

Fitted a relay to my headlights today, raised the voltage at the bulbs to almost battery voltage and I can see now! Only thing is, I have only got lights on or off, no sidelights only, puzzled me for a moment until I remembered the dim dip function. Question is, is there a non dim dip relay available from VW?

What did the bm driver say? That sounded like a golf?
