Ok, nice one, Lupo wipers it is then. 👍

First things I'd do if not done would be:Headlight loom
Lupo wipers
288/ 312 front brakes
Overhaul of bushes, drop links etc. Or at least inspect them.
Can I just ask, why Lupo wipers?

Labeled my ecu plug tails.
Going to try and use the M-Tech v4 self programmable ecu.
Got it powered up to see if everything was working as should be. Turns out I wasn't getting any MAP. When I soldered in a new map sensor there was no difference but after giving it to a friend he diagnosed the problem. The sensor had been soldered in the wrong way from the start. The ecu had been running an N/A throttle body setup and hadn't been using the map sensor. Flipped it round and resolderd, job done. Still need to get her rigged up to a VR sensor and see if I get RPM.

Some great work going on here. Wish I had the skill/tools to undertake such a project. When clearing the rear beam you only need a fingers width between pipe and exhaust heat shield. Too big a gap and the beam will knock once it's back on the ground..... well it does on mine and I'm only running 2.5 inch system!
Cheers. Yeah its not so bad as it goes over right at the pivot point of the rear beam. I've tried my best to keep it away. Is your car lowered?

Hard to believe its been four month's since my last update! Not a lot done to be honest, considering the length of time. Been busy with the house and garden as it's the right time of year for all that jazz. Really need to pull my finger out if I want this project finished or at least on the road by the end of the year.
Ok a little update.
Changed my broken chain guide and put side cover and cam cover with new gasket back on.
Fitted new big end shells. There was nothing wrong with the original ones.
Machined up a couple oil return and external wastegate flanges.

Time for another update. It's unbelievable how fast time goes past. I've been working on the car on week night's, once the little one's in bed.
The exhaust system is completed and fitted to the car.
Heat wrapped the downpipe down to the flexi.
