Hi guys ive bitten the bullet and bought a new car so the vw is getting tucked up in the garage and put up for sale. August '94 car Flash red with black cloth. No wear on the seats AT ALL. Any marks in pics are dust or camera or something else. 2 previous keepers 84800 miles Mot to April '13 No tax at present only until the end of January. All history vw and specialist (serviced last in April) All manuals, documents, piles of receipts etc Both keys and fobs for alarm New windscreen fitted jan '12 New battery last summer can't remember exactly when New 4bar Bosch fuel pump fitted feb 2012 I have owned the car since aug '10 and the previous owner had it from 2001. Price wise I'm happy to negotiate on individual items but the options include: Private plate M5 VVX (car is M plate) Active Kenwood sub SW01 Alpine Bluetooth USB mp3 cd head unit 133BT (or Sony 5555) Alpine G series 5.25 components and 6x4s 17" Speedline Challenge 2110 OEM wheels with 6mm+ kumho 39 tyres (or 15" originals all decent tyres, one like new) BMC CDA carbon induction kit (or OEM) sounds fantastic with a replacement VW standard exhaust which was fitted around 2004. AMD ECU with printed dyno of 209.3bhp at flywheel, 167.2 at wheels at 5835rpm. Torque 199lb/ft at 5072 rpm. Recaro seats on custom corrado subframes Car will come with the 288mm brakes and weitec coilovers due to the hassle in removing them. OEM speakers and suspension can be included. Recent engine mount upgrade to the group buy poly mounts and a rubber gearbox mount. Lots of spares and tools. Including:- HT leads and removal tool Spark plug removal wrench for deep seated VR6 plugs Crank sensor Cassette tape holder BMC panel filter VR6 boot badge Like new alloy spare 15" For the car as-is and all spares etc I'm looking for £4000 After the coilovers were fitted the car had 2 geo alignment sessions at Dave Coe rally specialist in Swansea and is spot on. Engine is quiet and uses no oil at all, moves steadily up to around 106 deg and never higher. Lovely overrun pops with the remap too Clutch is crisp with nice bite though if I'm picky there is a littel slip and the throttle cable could do with a grease. The gearbox is smooth and pull is strong and never pops out or anything nasty like that. All the electrics work, inc sunroof tile and slide, spoiler, abs light etc. Alarm has total closure to sunroof and windows. Car had a full respray last year due to a shopping trolley bump and because I was itching to get it done. Work was done by Customagic in south Wales who are a full respray specialist and took out the glass and all outside trim etc. Not a dirty blow over lol. If honest the paint needs a polish as there are some machince polish swirls on the passenger wings but an easy fix I just don't trust myself to do it and it's not bothered me enough to get it detailed out. Nice to see a red corrado that's not pink lol. Im sure I have forgotten something which will come to me later, so feel free to either pm me or give me a ring on 079-555.436 48. VR6 | white | stoke-on-trent Price: £900 ono Description: Selling one of my Corrados. Its was brought for use as a daily runner but I have changed my job and have further to travel to work now so looking for something abit more economical. The car is very solid with no rot. Has just passed MoT so will have 12 months ticket. Was originally a 2.0 16v but had 2.8VR unit fitted by previous owner who works at PSi Tuning so engine is professionally fitted. All chains and water pump changed before fitting so no need worry about any of this. All electrics work fine. The car is pretty much standard (apart from engine upgrade) has 5 spoke compomotive alloys and cat back stainless exhaust.Runs and drives really well feels quicker than my other Rado which is genuine VR. VR6 | 1994 Twilight Violet with black recaro leather seats| Hamilton Lanarkshire Price: sold Description: Selling my twilight vr6 corrado. It's is being sold as a non runner as the car has a leak in the brake system somewhere and has been leaking fluid and the mot has expired! It will have to be towed/trailered away. Now the for the great bit the car is decked out in VW corrado Recaro leather seats in black! Yip these are the real deal with recaro embossed in the seats. These took ages to find and I eventually located a set in Germany. Therefore the drivers seat is mint the rest of the leather is very good. I never wired them up only adjusting them via an external battery to get the positioning right. Again this car was only driven in the summer so no need to have the heating in. I will not split the seats from the car so please don't ask!! The whole car needs to go to a new home. The car is almost Oem spec with some choice upgrades. Samco hoses in purple fitted in the drive bay. The crack pipe has been replaced with a gruvenpart special so will never go bang along with the same specification part for the elbow coming off the radiator . The heater matrix has been by- passed as a precaution it never blew however as it was driven in the summer no need for heating. I have a spare matrix that will come as part of the deal. The spoiler and sunroof both work however I haven't tested since October when the mot expired. The exhaust has been fitted with a stainless steel exhaust from the original. I think it is the milltek one. It has been fitted with a nakamichi mb75 head unit. This is the one with multiplayer facility built in and updated alpine front speakers and amp. I have the original box for the stereo. This cost a fortune new along with the remote control. Somehow the plastic protector on the stereo information screen has cracked but the LCD beneath is unaffected and displays perfectly. Mileage is 130k. It has four brand new Goodyear eagle tyres with the original speedline wheels. The car was originally a demonstrator for a day. The first person to drive the car bought it! He was a taxman and then a lady doctor had it after the taxman. I bought the car in 2006 from the good doctor and along with the previous owners lavished the car in servicing and polishing. Since I owned the car the car has only been polished with zymol! The car comes with two folders full of service history. Paintwork wise the car is pretty decent with some minor areas of rust at the boot lid. There is also an oval shaped paint blemish on the bonnet that looks like a repair done by one of the previous owners now showing up. The car is fitted with a product called amour flex which protect the bumpers and wings from stone chips. A receipt shows this at over £200.....This has helped keep the paintwork decent. All the glass is intact in the fogs and headlights. I will give it a clean and polish when the weather gets a bit better and post current photos. Other than the brake issue the car was performing great and during my ownership never let me down once. R32 | Silver | Leicestershire Price: £4,699 Description: FOR SALE: 1994 M-reg Corrado R32 Hi all, The story: Unfortunately It is time that I sold my Corrado. This was previously listed as a feeler but I couldn't face selling hence I removed it from sale however my circumstances have now changed and I would rather it goes to a good home. The car started life as a VR6 and was converted to an R32 in 2009 using a Golf MK5 BUB engine which currently has around 17k on it. After previously listing this I found that the history behind the engine/wiring set up was that it was put together by Pete Griffith who is a known user of this forum. The previous owner purchased the engine etc from Pete and fitted this all into the rado. I bought the rado in back in Oct 2010 after the conversion was done. I drove the car for a few months and then unfortunately I had to move house and so all funds were put into the house. This has meant that the rado has been SORN since around January 2011 due to the lack of funds with the intention of getting it back on the road. This however has not been possible and so the rado has been stored in a garage since but regularly started, warmed up, driven and cooled down etc to keep it running as it should. The car therefore currently has no MOT (expired August 11) however I don't see this being a problem as it is mechanically sound and flew through previously I have a big folder full of receipts and bits going back a number of years. The spec: Body has just over 122k on it and is in very good condition, no rust at all. There is a slight bit of damage on the drivers door (can be seen on the side view picture) Underbody wax sprayed to protect Golf MK5 BUB R32 engine with around 17k on it Remap by SWICT VR6 5 speed gearbox with a quaiffe diff and helix clutch Battery in the boot relocation koni coilovers Bonrath reinforced top mounts Golf MK5 R32 accelerator pedal Running on MK5 R32 standard ecu with wiring conversion by SWICT Cat back Milltek exhaust BMC CDA air filter B&M quickshift Mocal oil cooler Custom fan set up Other Bits: Many new genuine bits fitted in 2009 and hardly any mileage since. Mileage on the MOT in August 2010 was 120k so hardly any miles covered over the last 2 years. Spoiler still works ABS works Handles and drives perfectly The bad bits: Sunroof does sometimes stick on closure Knock to the door as mentioned above Temp guage and rev needle need wiring up (I have the canbus converter however which will solve this but just don't have the time) Electric mirrors not very electric currently Does need 2 new tyres hence the highline wheel currently used however I have the other speedline also This really is a nice car and a credit to its previous owners. It shouldn't be sitting in my garage any longer!!! To add i'm sure you all will know but the sound of this with the milltek is amazing. I have owned this Fabia vRS for two years as my daily and it has been an absolute joy to drive, so much so that my Corrado has not left the garage this year!. I have just purchased a Fabia vRS SE so this one has got to go. The key details are: Skoda Fabia Vrs 53 Reg. HPI'd and clear. 3 previous very mature owners; the first was in his 90's. Currently on 132k miles. Surprisingly quick and totally reliable VW group build quality - (these cars can do well in excess of 200k with ease). Very long MOT (Sept 13) and Tax (Jul 13). Averages 54mpg and over 60mpg on a long run. Loads of service history and very recent bills to include suspension, air conditioning compressor, battery, windscreen, oil, oil and fuel filter change. VR6 | Blue storm | Central Scotland Price: £2000 Description: Corrado VR6 storm Unfortunately the time has come for me to sell my much loved Corrado VR6 storm which I have owned since October 2004. It is one of 250 made in blue with full leather interior at the end of production in 1995. The car is an absolute classic and always turns heads where ever you are and especially when you put the foot down. The car has been off the road since April 2012 as I started a new job which required me to get a small diesel car to save on fuel costs. The car has been started and moved every other week whilst off the road. It has just been MOT’d on the 23rd November 2012 so come with a 1 year MOT. It has currently done approx 124,000 miles. I had used the car almost every day until April this year to travel to work which was only about 3 miles away and it has never let me down. I have made a few modifications from the standards storm spec but there is nothing that can not be put back to original if you wish (wheels and rear lights). I have now changed to rear lights back to the original. Sale does not include private number plate. Modifications from standard: • 17” Alloy wheels (I still have the original BBS alloy wheels which would require refurbishment. I have a compete set of new original BBS wheel centres which is included in sale) • Clear side indicator repeaters fitted. (I still have the original indicators that can be re-fitted • Rear Lights – (Now changed back to original) • K&N induction kit fitted. • Stainless Steel Milnex exhaust system fitted. • Vibra technics front engine mount. Service History: Since I have owned the car I have done all the servicing and repairs myself. The previous owner had a full service history carried out. I change the engine oil once a year with semi-synthetic oil and carry out repairs as an when required. Recent Work Done(within the last 1 1/2 years): • New coil over suspension fitted front and rear (30% up-rated suspension) • Replace rear torsion beam bushes • New heater matrix fitted • Replaced front radiator • New head gasket fitted as it was suspected that it was leaking. Turns out loss of water was due to leaking radiator. New timing chain guide fitted. • Front discs and pads replaced. • Rear wheel bearings replaced. • All ABS sensors replaced. • Both door handle levers replaced with steel modification. • Front to rear brake pipes replaced. Good Points: • I have used the car almost everyday and it had never failed to start • Drives well and still goes like hell when you put the foot down. • Interior in an excellent condition for age with passenger and rear seat that have hardly been sat in. Bad Points: • There is a little rust starting around the wheel arches, boot and passengers sill (see attached pictures) • The driver heated seat is intermittent. • Very slight water leak from thermostat housing which requires water to be topped up every few months. Bought the car from a dealer last year and the car is totally original bar the headunit as i needed something with bluetooth in it. The car is totally mint - nothing aftermarket on it at all and has full service history with it as well as all its past MOT's - bar the current one which runs til next August as thats all computersied now, but i do have the printout. Over the past yr ive done the following: Cambelt changed New brakes front and back - pads and discs Brake fluid change Servicing inc spark plugs, rotor arm, dizzy cap etc. 4 new uniroyal rain sport pro tyres - still look new Car is pretty clean for its age, though could do with a proper wash and wax to get it looking back to its best. Bar 2 pin dents in the drivers door there are no marks to the metal work. Rear spoiler works fine, as does sunroof. Front splitter is unmarked showing no cracks. I also have a new light switch and updated wiring loom which i bought but never fitted which will be supplied with the car. Also a new set of philips nightbreaker bulbs as well. I did 2000 miles over 4 days in europe and it was abslutely brilliant. Also have a set of KR cams which i bought, and a new clutch which i can include at the asking price. 1.8 16v | Tornado Red | Edinburgh Price: £500 Description: 1990 VW Corrado 1.8 16V for sale in Tornado Red for £500 ONO. No tax or MOT so sold as spares/repairs (drives but will need trailered away due to this). I have owned for ~17 months and added ~10,000 miles in that time - now on ~139,000 miles. Full VW service history until 111,000 miles (timing belt replaced during this service). A previous owner had it lowered ~70mm but I swapped for stock suspension (springs & dampers + 4-wheel alignment) so I could actually drive around town - ride is significantly improved now but I still have the lowered suspension and will include in the sale. Only other modifications are Scorpion exhaust, 15" diamond-cut Estoril alloys, K&N panel filter and tinted windows (all by previous owners other than air filter). Used almost daily for the first 12 months of my ownership but has been sitting since MOT expired in the summer. Selling as I do not need a car any more and have no time to work on it. The most noticeable issue is that the power steering pump needs replaced. The previous owner was using red ATF fluid rather than the correct green CHF11 fluid. This has affected the steering rack seals and resulted in damage to the power steering pump. This may only require new steering rack seals and pump, but I had the opportunity to buy a full second hand rack/pump/pipes set, which I will include in the sale. The front suspension bushes and ARB drop-links need replaced, probably due to increased wear from the lowered suspension used by the previous owners. I also suspect the thermostat is stuck and should be replaced. Car recently started miss firing on start up and sniff test showed head gasket has a slight leak. Does reheat seal but there is a fault there. Price drop for that reason. £1500.

Hi all. After putting another charger on it and it blowing again, I'm selling my g60. Really sad to do this but unfortunately I can't afford to keep chucking money at it. It was a "faulty" charger. Good points: Sweet golf rallye engine, Rallye inter cooler and supercharger "u bend thing", Chipped and 68mm pulley, Fk coilovers, Original bbs's with centre caps, Toyo proxies t1r's, Stainless exhaust, Spoiler works, Mint black interior, Uprated pads and discs, m.o.t and tax till jan, New heater matrix, cv joint, battery, water pump and lambda sensor. Loads of history from both the uk and Germany. Not so good points, Body work is abit crappy (few rust scabs), Both front sills have bin Jacked up on, Rear quarter has a dint and paint bubbling, Boot floor isn't great, Some rot on the rear corner underneath, Generally needs a good tidy up, Bonnet cable snapped (still opens tho), I'd prefer whoever might be interested in it to come and have a good look so they no whats what. This car has been my pride and joy for two years and I have strived to keep it as unmolested as possible. Due to personal reasons I have decided to go travelling and I don't want the car under a cover on my parents drive rotting away, unloved and unused. I have dropped the price becasue the car is the last thing to be sorted before I can leave for Australia. The car will sell itself once it is seen, I looked at a lot of Corrados all over the south of England before buying this one and it really is a good example. The details are as follows: -L Reg (1993) -145k miles -Huge folder of paperwork including a detailed breakdown of work carried out and corresponding dates (in the form of an Excel spreadsheet) -New MOT until November 2013 -New 6 month Tax disc until April 2013 -Spoiler, sunroof, mirrors and heated seats all work perfectly. -Engine has been well maintained and service book is full. (I have never had to undertake any repair work on it...it just keep on going!) -Magnex Exhaust system -Full cream leather -Debadged front grille (Original front badge can be supplied with the car) -Minor issues include a rust spot on the rear windscreen edge and a small tear to the drivers seat bolster leather. -Some recent work has included new lower suspension arms both sides, O/S front wheel bearing, N/S rear calliper, new coilpack. -I do have a few other spares and bits in the loft which I’m quite happy to go with the car if it gets the asking price.
