wheel spacers

Recommended Posts

ok don't flame me first of all!!

i want a wide stance to help with handling but i like my rims and i don't want to put out some cash that i don't have for properly offset rims to fill up the wheel wells. so i want some spacers.

anyone done this, or know what size a spacer is required to bring the stock width rims out to the edge of the wheel well? i've posted some pics of what i'm lookin for.

thanks :)

You can use 10mm spacers at the front but i have big offset im using 215 tires,on the stock wheels you can add 20mm or 30mm spacers and it look nice from the sides but when you loook it from the rear it wont look wide as the tyres are thin,i could have used 205 instead but i wanted to protect my alloys so i went 215.

215 will fit on the stock width rims?

i'm guessing a lowered car, 205s or 215s on stock rims and 30mm spacers would cause some harsh rub... or is it not too bad?

thanks
