vr6 t 0 Posted October 29, 2004 I am about to purchase my second corrado the first bieng a 2.1 16v and the second one a vr6.My question is i have a 3 month old Quaife 6 speed and diff in a o2a gearbox which comes from a 1.8 16v corrado or a mk3 2.0 16v can the box be fitted on the vr Cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
immensewarrior 0 Posted October 29, 2004 the vr6 gearbox has a bigger bellhousing than the 4 cylinder boxes. you can swap the Quaife internals into a vr6 casing. All that will be needed is new diff bearings which will need to be pre loaded and the input and pinion shafts will need pre loading. Lee Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
